Nicole Brown
Simpson was married to O.J. Simpson, a former NFL football player. Nicole was
found murdered in Los Angeles California on June 12, 1994. The case of her
death has been going on for decades still no one has been proven guilty.
There’s many conspiracy theories on who murdered Nicole. and what was the
motive. We will explore two theories; 1. Did her husband O.J Simpson do it? 2.
Did O.J Simpson oldest son have a helping hand in the tragic event?
Just like many
relationship there’s bad and good days. In particularly, Nicole had many bad
days with ex-husband O.J. Simpson. O.J. was loved by many people, and no one
knew what was happening behind closed doors. There were allegations of the
police visiting the Simpson’s home couple of times. The reports were made by
Nicole stating O.J. was being abusive and out of control (Flynn 1). He was
never arrested to the complaints of being abusive, “ You never do anything
about him. You talk to him and then leave ”(1).
Nicole relationship
with husband O.J. was kept in private. Nicole’s close friends at the time did
not know of her abusive relationship. Friends and relatives would later see
Nicole with unusual bruises on her body (“ Nicole Brown Simpson Biography “ 1).
Nicole encountered numerous incidents leading up to the New Year’s Eve party
(1). She was beaten so badly that she had to be hospitalized and told the
police officers O.J. had threatened to kill her (1) . This time the police
arrested O.J., but he was later not charged with spousal abuse (1). O.J. had to
see counseling with a psychiatrist of his own choice (1). Nicole was taking action by documenting the
abuse with photos of bruises and marks on her body (1).
O.J. was not only
abusive in their marriage but also verbally abusive (Flynn 1).Nicole had a
diary where she wrote about her marriage with husband O.J. . In her diary, she
writes O.J. called her a “fat ass” while being pregnant and told her to get an
abortion (Romper 1). She also writes
about how O.J. had beaten her once during sex (1). O.J. smashed Nicole’s
windshield with a baseball bat trying to scare her (Johnson 1). Nicole was in a
abusive relationship for seven years with ex-husband O.J. Simpson. As time went
by the beatings got worse and their marriage fell apart.
Nicole always
wanted kids and a family with O.J. after they got married. She had two kids,
Sydney and Justin Simpson with husband O.J. Simpson (O.J. Simpson: The Lost
Confession). Nicole’s two kids are three years apart from each other Sydney is
the oldest then Justin the youngest (Nicole Brown Simpson Biography 1).
Nicole was
reportedly a devoted mother to her two kids (Nicole brown Simpson Biography 1).
Nicole avoid having nannies and much rather raise her kids on her own (1).
Nicole first child, Sydney, was involved in dancing, and her son, Justin, was
involved in karate (1). She enjoyed taking her kids to the their lessons and
practices (Nicole Brown Simpson Biography 1). Nicole welcomed family into her
home for holidays and parties events (1). Nicole would do anything for her
children and wanted to see them grow up (O.J. Simpson: The Lost Confession).
O.J. believed that Nicole was “ too attentive with the kids “ and had no time
for him (1). She payed more attention to the kids lives than she did to her own
marriage (1). When Nicole and O.J. had events or parties to attend, they called
family members or a babysitter to watch them (1). Nicole would always call to
check on the kids and see how they were doing (1). O.J. got annoyed that Nicole
worried so much about the kids that they barely had a good time out (1). Any
mother would know the love you have for your child is unconditional. Nicole
loved her kids unconditionally and enduringly. She was a great and loving
mother to her two kids (O.J. Simpson: The Lost Confession).
In the Nicole Brown Simpson Case there are two conspiracy theories as to
who commited the crime. One of the two theories and most talked about is that
Nicole’s ex-husband, O.J. Simpson, had killed her. The other theory is O.J.
Simpson’s oldest son, Jason Simpson, had a helping hand in the event.
The most
talked about theory is O.J. Simpson killed Nicole. This case is referred to
“the trial of the century”.O.J. met Nicole when she was just eighteen and
working as a waitress at a private club in Beverly Hills (“O.J. Simpson: The
Lost Confession”).At the time they met Simpson was thirty and still married to
his first wife, Marguerite L. Whitley (“O.J. Simpson Biography”1). Marguerite
and O.J. had three children together: Arnelle, Jason, and Aaren (1). Aaren died
one month before her second birthday due to drowning in a pool in 1977 (1).
O.J. and Marguerite later divorced in 1979 (1). O.J. married again in 1985
after dating Nicole for eight years (1).
The Simpsons
seemed to be the picture perfect family to the world and their friends, but
soon the truth would emerge. Their relationship behind close doors was an ugly
secret Nicole hid but eventually came out with the truth. Nicole kept a diary
to document the abusive marriage with O.J. Simpson(“Shocking Evidence Details
Abuse”… 1). In the diary, she talked about numerous times she had encountered
beatings. Nicole filed for a divorce in 1992 (1). O.J. was upset with the idea
of getting a divorce and was not for it (1). Simpson made a threat to Nicole to
cut off the heads of her boyfriends if
he caught them driving his cars (1). Although the couple divorced they stayed
in contact with each other for their kids (“O.J. Simpson: The Lost Confession”).
O.J. and Nicole started to date other people but decided to get back together
(1). O.J. and Nicole’s relationship was on and off for a year (1). Nicole was
terrified of O.J. and what he might do to her; there are allegations that O.J.
would stalk Nicole (1).Deputy District Attorney, Lydia Bodin, said that
prosecutors learned that Nicole had contacted a shelter for battered women on
June 7, 1994, five days before she was murdered saying that she was being
stalked by Simpson (“Shocking Evidence Details Abuse”… 1).“She called because she was afraid, and she had
reason to be afraid,” Bodin said (1).
O.J. was an
extremely jealous and possessive man because tried to control Nicole ( Noble
1). On the day of the horrific event that would change everything ,Nicole and
O.J. went to their daughter’s dance recital (1). The family had decided to go
get dinner at the Mezzaluna and invited O.J. to tag along (1). O.J. did not
attend the dinner with the rest of the family (1). On June 12, 1994, Nicole was
found dead alongside her friend Ron Goldman (Malnic and Ferrel 1). Nicole was
thirty-five years old and Ron Goldman was twenty-five years old when they were
found dead(1).The two were brutally stabbed multiple times(“Nicole Brown
Simpson and Ron Goldman”1). The police first suspected O.J. Simpson(1).O.J. was
the main suspect, yet was nowhere to be found. The police finally found of him
in Chicago (1). O.J. was there at an event held by Hertz; were O.J. spoke as a
spokesman (1). In article, “Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman Murdered“
there was evidence found to connect O.J. to the murder of his ex-wife:
The evidence against Simpson was
extensive: His blood was found at the murder scene; blood, hair, and fibers from Brown and Goldman were
found in Simpson’s car and at his home; one of his gloves was also found in
Brown’s home, the other outside his own house; and bloody shoeprints found at
the scene matched those of shoes owned by Simpson. (1)
These evidences indicate O.J. had something to do with the
killing.
Although he had agreed to turn himself
in to the police (“Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman Murdered” 1). O.J. had
escaped with friend A.C. Cowlings in his white Ford Bronco on June 17 (1). He
was carrying his passport and $8,750 in cash (1). O.J.’s car was spotted that
afternoon, but he refused to surrender immediately (1). He threatened to kill
himself and went on a low-speed chase through the freeways of Los Angeles as
the entire nation watched on television (1). Eventually, O.J. gave himself up
at his home in Brentwood, Los Angeles (1).
The question that was on everyone’s mind
“ Why run away if you didn’t commit the crime? “. Years later, after the trial, O.J. published
his first book “ If I Did It “. In the book O.J. talks about if he had
committed the crime and what might have happened that day on June 12, 1994. The
book is, of course, hypothetical as O.J. explain in the interview several
times(O.J. Simpson: The Lost Confession 1). In the interview, O.J. gives
details as if he were really there that day. O.J. explained everything to make
perfect sense and how he would have killed them.
The last but
most overlooked theory, was that Jason Simpson O.J.’s oldest son help kill
Nicole. Jason was never brought in for questioning and never considered a
suspect to the case (Flynn 1). Jason at the time of the murdered was 24 years
old with the two were brutally killed (1). Jason was diagnosed with
intermittent rage disorder (1).Jason was prescribed with Depakote to help
control the outbreaks (1). Jason also had a history of suicide attempts and
almost killed a former girlfriend with a knife out of rage ( 1 ).He was trained
in hand-to-hand combat as well as field knife training also attended the Army
and Navy Academy (Littal 2). Jason knows how to use a knife and knows the type
of knife to use. O.J. on the other hand did not have the same background as
Jason did.
Jason was
unstable, known to blackout and hear voices at times (3). He was hospitalized
several times and stop taking his medication at the time of the murder (3).
O.J. was the main suspect but hired a criminal defense lawyer for Jason four
days after the murder (5). In a recent article
5 Reasons Why OJ’s Son Jason Likely Killed Nicole & Ron Goldman
Jason did not have a reliable alibi for June 12, 1994:
No one knows where Jason was during
the time of the killings. His time card from his place of employment was
handwritten even though the automatic machine was working. He was upset that
Nicole didn’t come to his restaurant the day of the murder and by all accounts
he had a love-hate relationship with his step-mother. (5)
Jason was not asked for an alibi but could not give one if
questioned.
In the interview
with O.J. Simpson he talks about his book “ If I Did It “. He explained
hypothetically what happened the night Nicole and Ron were murdered. He states
that he had someone with him named Charlie when he went over to Nicole’s condo
(O.J. Simpson: The Lost Confession 1).O.J. and Charlie had a knife with them
when they went over to Nicole’s (1).According to an article “ BSO A UNIQUE TAKE
ON SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT“ evidence were found at the crime scene that traces
back to him:
The cops found a knit cap with hairs
from a black male and a dog. OJ didn’t have a dog and didn’t wear knit hats,
but Jason had a dog and wore knit hats often. DNA was found under Nicole’s
fingernails that didn’t match OJ’s, but they never tested it against Jason’s
DNA. (4)
This theory suggest Charlie could have actual been Jason Simpson.
Nicole Brown
Simpson was found murdered in Los Angeles california on June 12,1994. There’s
two theories to who murdered Nicole; 1. Did O.J. Simpson Nicole’s ex-husband do
it? 2. Did Jason Simpson, O.J. oldest son have a helping hand in the event? The
best theory to who killed Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman the night on
June 12,1994 is ex-husband O.J. Simpson. The case is considered closed.
