Conspiracy Theory Outline
Bruce Lee, a man of his own making. In his wondrous career of
martial arts and his extraordinary career in the movie industry, most famously,
The Birth of the Dragon. Bruce Lee was of Chinese descent, and interestingly
enough his name actually wasn’t Bruce Lee. His original name was Lee Jun-fan. He was known professionally as Bruce Lee. Bruce was
born on November 27, 1940. His mother called him Bruce because it means “strong
one” in the Gaelic language.
Conspiracy Theory 1:
Bruce Lee’s death was murder.
He was allegedly killed by an allergic reaction to an aspirin that he had
taken. He was at a friend’s house, Betty Ting Pei, a sultry Taiwanese actress.
“To avoid a scandal, Raymond Chow, who was Bruce’s partner, told the press that
he died at home with his wife, Linda.” This is one of the most famous of his
death stories, one of, not the only one. (Rankin 1) Of recent survey, 71.43% of those who were questioned had said that
Bruce Lee died of a reaction to a drug.
Conspiracy Theory 2:
Bruce Lee was an extreme
martial artist who took his training and his movies very seriously. Because of
his concerns for his looks he had his sweat glands in his armpits surgically
removed. He did this so that his armpits wouldn’t look so hideous on the big
screen. But sadly, doing this probably killed himself. It being the hottest
day, he was real busy shooting scene after scene for his next movie in Betty’s
apartment when he started to feel lightheaded and dizzy. He went to lie down
but the Kung Fu movie star never got back up. (Rankin 1)
Conspiracy Theory 3:
My last theory is about how
Bruce Lee was killed by the Chinese mafia. This conspiracy is related to the
Lee family curse. The curse is about how the Lee family is cursed. Once Bruce
passed away, the mafia then targeted his son for some unknown reason. His son
was kiled by an “accidental” shooting accident that happened on set. The part
of Bruce Lees’ death where the mafia was involved was that it was the mafia
that gave him the drug that killed him.
Conclusion:
Bruce Lee, a man of his own making. He lived a plentiful life. It
wasn’t always easy for him to live but he lived fully. Of all the theories of
his death, there were three that best explained his sudden passing. He was
allegedly murdered. This theory of Bruce was believable until some unknown
facts came into play. Like how he was complaining of a headache, so for that
reason Betty gave him that painkiller that killed him. Another conspiracy about
this Master of the Martial Arts is how he died of heat stroke. This one is very
believable because of who Bruce is and how athletic and active he is. Also
another reason this theory reign true is how he got the sweat glands removed
from his armpits. This caused his heat stroke. The last theory said that Bruce
was killed by the Chinese mafia. This one was very popular just because it said
the word mafia in it. Although this is not another reason for a true death of
Bruce, it is still popular among readers who view this conspiracy. Of the
survey conducted, the majority believe that he was murdered/ died of the
painkillers. But all these are conspiracies, there is only one truth to explain
his fall. Ironically, in Bruce’s case, painkillers end up killing you more than
killing pain.
