Area 51 by Susan Arness

Area 51 is claimed to be where the government keeps all the aliens and UFO’s that have landed and/or crashed into earth. Bob Lazar claims he use to work for a secret site called S-4. S-4 is said to be located near Area 51. Lazar claims he has seen and/or worked with said ‘Aliens’. There are quite a few conspiracy theories behind this; what are they hiding? Are there really aliens among us? Did Bob Lazar really work and see what he claims (Friedman)?
Did Bob Lazar work for Area 51? Bob Lazar, a former Area 51 employee, claimed he was hired by the majestic 12 to reverse engineer alien propulsion technology for Area 51(Lazar). Bob also, claimed he worked there during the time that the element 115 is claimed to have been discovered. Element 115 is claimed to be the key to alien antigravity technology (1).
According to the Los Angeles times, element 115 has never been shown to exist (Lazar). The Los Angeles times has also looked into the background of Bob Lazar, who is said to have multiple degrees that would qualify him to work for Area 51.There background check came back showing  he did not have said degrees, although he went to a junior college and took a course in electronics. They also, found out that he was charged for a felony of pandering which he later pled guilty to. The times also pulled up that he declared bankruptcy (1).
Bob Lazar also tried to prove he worked for Area 51 by offering a W2 only to later find out the document appeared to be altered none of the information could be linked to the IRS. Some say the government is just trying to cover their self (Bob Lazar).
Area 51 and Bob Lazar have three conspiracies theories.
Conspiracy theory #1
What are they hiding at Area 51? After a lot research it appears that Area 51 is a secret US test site for the CIA that in a newly unclassified internal history of the U-2 spy plane programmer (BBC).
The site was selected for the U-2 program in 1955 after an aerial survey by the CIA and the air force staff (BBC). This is just a cover up so that it would take up the spot light away from the suspicious activity involving extra-terrestrials.
It wasn’t until years later in 1992 to be exact that the CIA internally published its official history of the U-2 program (Washington post), which is 41 years later which would have given the CIA plenty of time to come up with records of something that didn’t even exist at the time They might have just did to cover up the UFO sightings.
Some of the planes that are said to have been tested at area 51 are A-12 an its successor, the SR-71 Blackbird, A secret spy plane that broke records at documented speeds that still have been unmatched (Seattle Times). The CIA says it reached Mach 3.29 (about 2200 mph at 90000 feet (1).
After nearly five decades. Guys like James Noce Finally get to tell their stories about Area 51. Noce was sworn to secrecy for over 47 years (Seattle Times).   Noce says he saw plenty of secret stuff but made no claims about aliens (1). That Area 51 housed a lot of CIA test planes such as “Article 123” (2). Also that they were paid 1000 per month which is about 7200 in today’s dollars (3).
Noce also recalls living on base saying the food was great day or night you could get a steak or whatever else you could ever want (Seattle Times). The government in order to try to discredit anyone who had anything to say about Area 51 had a scholar claim because of their age that they are suffering memory lapse or mispreenations (1).
Conspiracy theory #2
Are there aliens among us? Let’s start this conspiracy by saying Area 51 and everything in I had to do with the government and the government will only let you know what they want. With that being said Bob Lazar, a former Area 51 employee, claims that there are at least nine flying saucers being tested and claims there were not built on earth (Knapp).. That it was obvious that they came from somewhere else other than earth (1). Lazar convinced that the tech he saw at the secret base is of
alien origin (2).

Although, there are no claims of anyone actually seeing aliens Lazar goes on to say that he went inside of one of the flying saucers (Knapp). He said “I got to look inside and it had really small chairs that was the first conformation” (1). There was some that were completely dismantled and others fully operational (2).
Lazar went on to say “The bottom of it glowed blue and it began to hiss like any high voltage does on a round sphere. It’s my impression that the reason that they’re round and have no sharp edges is to contain the high voltage. Like if you’ve seen a high voltage system insulator- thing are round or else you get a corona discharge. In either case it began to hiss as in high voltage and it lifted off the ground, and that staggered as soon as it reached about 20 or 30 feet” (Knapp).
Very few people have come forward because of the government. Lazar decided that he was going to let one of his fellow associates outside of Area 51. He told him about the time and place not once but twice the place was where they were going to be doing test flights of the flying saucers both times his associate Gene Hoff claims that he witnessed the test flight and one time recorded it but due to technology at the time it was no good (Knapp). He said “Huff and a few others went to the edge of Groom Mountains to see the flights for themselves. A total of five witnesses on the two consecutive weeks managed to dodge security patrol long enough to see the strange glowing object lift above the mountain” (1). So, are there aliens among us who knows maybe.
Conspiracy #3
Did Bob Lazar really work and see what he claims?
Bob Lazar claims to have worked for Area 51 back in 1989(Bob Lazar). He claims he was a P.H.D. Physicist hired by the Majestic 12 to reverse engineer alien propulsion technology at Area 51(Freidman).
Bob, also claims that Area51 was working on element 115, which has never been shown to exist
which was alien antigravity technology (Freidman). After so many of his ridiculous claims, people started trying to dis prove or try to prove him right. 1n 1993, The Times looked in to his background and found there in no evidence to support any of his claims when they looked up his college background they found that he only took an electronic course no PhD (Freidman). Also, when they looked up his criminal background they seen he pled guilty to felony pandering (1).

This man who claims to have worked at such a secretive government place have such a checkered past. Although he showed his w-2 the IRS later, discredited those they also say he must have forged them (Freidman). He also showed his ID that was issued to him through the Majestic 12 they also said that must have been forged to (1).
In conclusion, we may never know if they are aliens among us. Some say they have seen UFO’s, so maybe. What are they hiding? Did Bob Lazar really work for Area 51?  Did he see what he claims? Probably not, but will we never know? The government only lets one know so much.
