Born
in New York City, becoming a rapper in Las Vegas, Tupac Shakur was one of the
greatest artist ever to lived. On September 13, 1996, he died in a medical
hospital in Las Vegas from gunshot wounds. No one knows who murdered him and
his case still remains unsolved. On September 7, 1996, he was at an event in
Las Vegas when a car pulled up and the person immediately shot Tupac and his
crew. The driver drove off leaving Tupac bleeding out. The main conspiracy
theory is, why was he murdered? Who was the murderer? What caused this to
erupt? Let’s look up the evidence on what could be the possible answer.
Tupac
Shakur was one of the most talented and legendary hip-hop artist ever to lived.
He sold millions and millions of records worldwide making him the #1 rapper and
actor on stage. Living through many catastrophic events at his young age, Tupac
began to self-motivate himself by stepping up and be recognized by being a
hip-hop artist. While also being talented with his skills, he was a drug
dealer. The consequences he faced while being a drug dealer was horrible and
devastating. His only way out of it was becoming an artist. On September 13,
1996, he died in a medical hospital in Las Vegas from gunshot wounds. No one
knows who murdered him and his case still remains unsolved. On September 7,
1996, he was at an event in Las Vegas when a car pulled up and the driver
immediately shot Tupac and his crew. The driver drove off leaving Tupac
bleeding out. Six days later, he was pronounced dead. The main conspiracy
theory is, was he the best hip-hop artist to ever set foot on stage? What made
him get into rapping? How do people feel about Tupac’s death? In addition, what
was the cause of it? Let us look up the evidence on what could be the possible
answer.
During
his childhood, Tupac grew up without any help, motivation or discipline to
start his life right. Instead, he spends his whole childhood struggling with
his mom and biological father who he still have not met or talked too.
“Impoverished during most of his childhood, Afeni took him and his half-sister
Sekyiwa moving around to homeless shelters and various places around New York
City. Such condition caused Tupac retained few friends and relied on writing
poetry and diary entries to keep himself busy.” The young and talented teenager
began his career in high school. “Shakur spent his earliest years in the Bronx
and Harlem, and at age 13 made his acting debut in a production of A Raisin in
the Sun at an Apollo Theatre benefit for Jesse Jackson's 1984 presidential
campaign. He spent the rest of his childhood moving around the country with his
mother. He attended the Baltimore School of the Arts before dropping out and
settling, at the age of 17, in Marin County, California.” After school, Tupac
auditioned to become a dancer and roadie for many rapping groups in the 1990s.
“He appeared on that group's This Is an E.P. Release EP (1990) and Sons of the
P (1991). In 1991 he signed with Interscope and released the album 2pacalypse
Now (Number 64 pop, Number 13 R&B, 1992), a musical mixture of inner-city
portraiture and messages of racial strength. An underground hit, the album
spawned the single "Brenda's Got a Baby" (Number 23 R&B).” After
years of being in groups, Tupac made his own solo, 2Pacalypse Now. This is one
of the top selling albums ever recorded in music history. “Released on November
12, 1991, 2Pacalypse Now was devoid of any undeniable hit singles and performed
modestly out of the gate. Eventually, it won critics and listeners over with
its pointed commentary and Pac’s tangible charisma and sincerity.”
Foreshadowing years later, Tupac is murdered and no one knows what caused it.
Until this day, his murder case remains unsolved. However, here are some
resources I have found to might explain what happen. “The story of Shakur’s
death on September 13, 1996, begins with a failed attempt on his life two years
earlier. On November 30, 1994, Tupac Shakur was shot and seriously wounded
during a robbery committed by two armed men in the lobby of a midtown Manhattan
office building that housed a recording studio where he’d been working on his
third album, Me Against the World (1995). For reasons that have been detailed
obsessively in works such as Nick Broomfield’s 2002 documentary Biggie and
Tupac, Shakur blamed the attack on producer Sean “Puff Daddy” Combs and rival
rapper Christopher Wallace—a.k.a. “The Notorious B.I.G.” Shakur’s charges, and
his subsequent move to the L.A.-based record label Death Row Records, sparked
the so-called “East Coast vs. West Coast” feud that defined the hip-hop scene
through the mid-1990s.” In addition, after his death six months later, Shakur’s
rap rival, Christopher Wallace, was murdered. Tupac’s death caused many
theories to think about. What could we do to avoid this? How can you learn from
it? How do you feel about it overall? Well, here is thoughts and evidence from
what resources tells us. “Heartbreak can teach powerful lessons. But instead of
admitting that Tupac’s genius was extinguished because he chose to play
gangster, we continue to rationalize and glamorize his Thug Life, aided and
abetted by a corrupt justice system that denies us much-needed closure. To
prevent more Tupac tragedies, we need to understand what happened, and why:” More
resources say that Tupac left a mark after his death reminding people how
living life like him was like. Influencing them to learn and take action from
it. He motivated people to become something that they actually believed in.
Which paid off dearly.
The
Conspiracy Theories that people are wondering about is who was Tupac Shakur
murdered by? There are 3 options that can relate on how his death occurred on
September 13, 1996 at the age of 25. Biggie Smalls being one possible answer, a
shot-by from an unknown person, or was his death gang related being another
answer. Whatever the case, his death still remains unsolved until this day.
Resources that people researched are the evidence of what could be the
conspiracy theory behind Tupac’s death. Let us look over on what we can figure
out and find so far.
The
first conspiracy theory is about Biggie Smalls. Once was partners with Tupac,
then later on, became rivalries with one another. Both were murdered less than
6 months apart. The two rappers met in 1993. Tupac often gave Biggie a lot of
advice on his career of being a rapper. In the mid-1990s, both rappers sang
songs back and forth to each other that was reflecting on what was happening in
their normal lives. Then the East and West Coast got involved in it, making the
two rappers bitter rivalries.
“The
music video for Tupac’s “2 of Amerikaz Most Wanted” offered a clue to a second
theory. In the months before his death,
Tupac was at the center of a heated rivalry between the East coast rapper
Biggie Smalls and Sean “Puffy” Combs, the CEO of Bad Boy Entertainment. In the
music video, Tupac blames his East coast rivals for the 1994 attack that nearly
killed him.” (Business Insider.)
After Tupac’s death in
1996, people turned to Biggie Smalls. Many have thought he planned his death
all along.
“Biggie's
wife, Faith Evans, recalled that after Tupac's death, he feared for his own
life. Some people believed Biggie planned Tupac's murder — and some still do.
“I think it would be some element of fear that would kind of run through his
mind, given the fact that his name was involved in a lot of the situations
involving Tupac before his murder,” Evans said.” (Business Insider.)
The
second conspiracy theory is, did Suge Knight wanted him dead? Of course, Tupac
was with Suge Knight at the Mike Tyson fight in Los Angeles the night he had
got shot up. While he was inside a black BMW at an intersection, a car pulled
up and the unidentified target immediately shot Tupac. Suge Knight, was also in
the scene. It has been rumored that Tupac was planning to split from the Death
Row to join another gang, and which Suge had no other choice but to take him
out. In addition, he planned to take Biggie Smalls out as well.
“A
2002 documentary called Biggie & Tupac presented some interesting theories
about Tupac's death, including one that
Death Row boss Suge Knight ordered a hit on his superstar artist with whom he
was having some monetary disputes. It claimed Tupac was planning to split from
Death Row, and in retaliation, Suge wanted him taken out. Suge then had Biggie
killed in order to take suspicion off of himself for 'Pac's case.
Interestingly, Knight reportedly owned (or just took) Tupac's money.” (Unsolved
Mysteries.)
“There
are theories that Suge Knight, the CEO of Death Row Records — the man in the
driver's seat when Tupac got shot — could have had something to do with either
death. People believe he wanted Tupac dead so he wouldn't switch record labels,
or that he had Biggie killed out of revenge for Tupac's murder. Or that he had Biggie
killed to distract investigators from pointing the blame for Tupac's death in
his direction.” (Unsolved Mysteries.)
The
last conspiracy theory is, was Tupac’s death gang related? It is well known
that Tupac was apart of gang violence and that he would always be in some kind
of trouble. One research says that Orlando Anderson, a Crips member, was a
primary suspect of Tupac’s murder. “Earlier on the day of the shooting, Shakur
had gotten into an altercation with Crips member Orlando Anderson. “It was simple
retaliation: you mess with one of ours, we will mess with one of yours.””(Your
Tango). In addition, P. Diddy was another primary suspect in this murder case.
Here is what researches show.
“According
to Kading’s book Murder Rap, Diddy hired Crips member Keffe D for $1 million to
take out both Shakur and Knight. LA Weekly reports that Keffe D revealed on
tape, "[Combs] took me downstairs and he's like, 'Man, I want to get rid
of them dudes.' ... I was like, 'We'll wipe their a** out, quick. It's nothing.'
... We wanted a million."”(Your Tango.)
Although
two decades has passed by, Tupac Shakur’s death quickly became one of the most
infamous unsolved murders in history. These possible theories could be real and
can lead us the answer. But in a situation like this, of not solving his murder
case, we may never find out who killed our most famous legendary hip hop
artist. And that the case could come to a disappointing close.
Two
decades has passed by since the passing of Tupac Shakur. His murder case still
remains unsolved and people are still investigating what have could have been
the possible answer for this case. These three theories are what we know so
far:
1. Did Biggie Smalls and his gang planned
Tupac’s murder?
2. Did Suge Knight wanted Tupac died?
3. Was his murder case gang-related?
Whatever the case may be,
Tupac will always be an iconic rapper that ever set foot on stage. It could be
a possibly that we may never find out who Tupac’s killer is. And that his
murder case may never be solved.
